Community Super Users

Over the past 15+ years, like a lot of professionals in the AX and subsequently D365 worlds, I’ve depended on the incredible knowledge of the experts who have given their own time to author, curate, and share a wealth of articles, guides, and opinions about the application, in particular the technical aspect.

The single website which stands out whenever searching for a new topic and an erroneous error message is the D365 Community site community.dynamics.com.

In the last couple of years I decided to stop lurking as a guest on the site and sign-in and get involved in answering questions. It’s not only a way to help other Dynamics users, but has been a really great way to find a topic that takes my interest and learn more about it, with the added bonus that it can lead to giving an answer to a question which helps someone on their own journey.

Last year I became aware of the new Super User program on the site. Realising that the number of contributions I had been making may qualify me for a place, I decided to apply. To my suprise I was offered a place on the program by the fantastic team running it, which I accepted. I became a member of the Community Super User 2024 Season 2 program.

2025 Season 1

Super User status on the site is retained if certain critiera are met, and I’m delighted to be renewed for 2025 Season 1.

We have a monthly call with the Community Team, who are an incredibly positive and friendly team. They make the Super Users really feel a part of something, and allow us to contribute and help guide the direction of the site.

2025 Season 1 also came with some digital swag, so look out for it on socials.
